This is a maintenance and information update.
I have added a notification so you can subscribe to the Telegram channel I have created about Redsys and my Redsys plugins. In my opinion it’s a good idea to do it, since it’s the fastest way you can find out everything about plugins, Redsys, etc. Any relevant event that might happen, I will publish it. The gateway is the base of our shops, and we must be immediately aware of any change that could mean something in our way of charging or even stop charging if we don’t immediately update the plugin (for example). In the channel you will be informed of all these points.
Removed the notice about the new European regulation PSD2 / SCA. You can read about it in this post. I’ve removed it because I think it’s not a fundamental concern anymore. As I said, the moment Redsys releases the new API, I will start working on it, I will update all the plugins, and you will only have to update.
Fixed an issue where if an order was cancelled at Redsys, it was not cancelled at WooCommerce. Now, if the order is cancelled by Redsys, it is cancelled in WooCommerce and is not pending payment.
Updated the compatibility headers so that there are no warnings that you don’t know if you are compatible with the current versions of both WordPress and WooCommerce. Logically, and as it has been for years, the plugin is compatible even before the new versions of WordPress and WooCommerce are released.
If you don’t have it installed, you can download it from WordPress.org, and I recommend that you look at the page on the differences between Redsys’ free WordPress.org Plugin and WooCommerce.com’s premium Plugin, you will surely be surprised.
